Turkish Rolls

Ingredients for Milk Mixture:
Nurpur Full Cream Milk 1 Liter
Sugar 1 cup
Slurry (corn flour 4 tbsp + water 1/4 cup)
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Ingredients for Whipped Cream:
Whipping cream 1 cup
Pink food color 1 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Desiccated coconut 1 cup
Milk mixture
Whipped cream
Pistachios (Crushed) as required
Red cherry as required

Directions for Milk Mixture Preparation:
1. In a pan heat milk and add sugar, vanilla essence and cook until sugar melts.
2. Now add slurry and cook until it starts to thicken. Set aside.
Directions for Whipped Cream Preparation:
3. In a bowl add whipping cream and whip until fluffy and stiff peaks form.
4. Now add pink food color and beat again. Your whipped cream is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
5. In a greased pan add a layer of desiccated coconut, milk mixture, whipped cream and lastly garnish with pistachios.
6. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Cut rectangular pieces and serve. Your Turkish Rolls are ready.
7. Garnish with pistachios and red cherry and serve.
Prep time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 25-30 mins
Servings: 4-5
