🍯 Ingredients:
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup wildflower honey
1/2 tsp ground turmeric (or 1 tsp fresh grated)
Pinch of black pepper
Optional: 1 slice of ginger or 1 clove
Pinch of salt
🔥 Instructions:
Start with the acid.
In a saucepan, bring apple cider vinegar and optional ginger/clove to a gentle simmer.
Add the gold.
Stir in honey and turmeric. Simmer until slightly thickened—about 10–12 minutes—stirring occasionally.
Balance and finish.
Add black pepper and a pinch of salt. Taste. It should sting, soothe, and shine all at once.
Strain for elegance.
Remove solids if using. Serve warm or cool. Thickens slightly as it cools.

Glazed carrots, squash, or roasted sweet potatoes
Duck breast, pork loin, or chicken thighs
Swirled into yogurt or as a finish for lentil soup
Drizzled over halloumi or fried paneer
