Question:To avoid killing the yeast in the blender, is it not better to first blend all the ingredients EXCEPT the yeast, and then add the yeast powder in towards the end?

Uhh long time subscriber but this is bread so its chemistry. Why no measurements? Like how much rice how much oil etc?

I want to use this batter to spread very thin and bake to make rice crackers.
i think the difference of temperature and rising time can affect the product texture greatly. mayb itll work if you let it rise around 40mins – 1 hour
