Why do you play “hillbilly music” in this video? It is distracting and takes away from the video. A more soothing and mellow music would be more appropriate.
I love this recipe, but every time I make it the pork belly slices pop and splatter so fiercely that it becomes dangerous. How can I prevent this? Thank you.
