So glad you enjoyed the southwest shepherds pie. You two are the sweetest people to watch. Hugs to Gracie Lou and Merrry Christmas to you all.
Right after Christmas, I know I'll have turkey left overs. I'm going to make the chicken noodle soup recipe with turkey instead of chicken. I guess it'll be turkey noodle soup. Lol. Anyhow, thanks for bringing the recipe to us. You did good! It looks so delicious.
You are not "weird", Mandy. I have to remove the stems from spinach. The stems are not tasty, cooked or raw.
This is not the first time I've seen you have rice with your potatoes and I feel so vindicated when you do! When I make soup, I must have my potatoes in it AND rice and I've had people comment "you add TWO starches?" Well, yes, ma'am, I do and I'm not the only one! So there! haha
All three are winners! Merry Christmas! May God bless you all!
What is half & half please? We don’t have that in Australia.
Looks absolutely delicious!
I have never eaten a Sheppard's Pie before, but I will make this over the weekend.
Hey Family as a kid I was attacked by a cat and have been very afraid of them to the point I was even scared to look at them on tv. Then I met Ms Gracie I used to close my eyes every time you showed her now I really look forward to seeing her in your videos. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Sweetheart
Hi Mandy I love all your videos ! Greg ( my husband and I watch all your videos . If you don’t mind me asking what brand microphones do you use and would it work with an iPhone pro max 14 that’s what I use to film my cabin tours . You can hear me fine but , Greg’s voice doesn’t travel so he is hard to hear on videos so I love to find easy to use microphones .. I need something easy to work with lol
Just thinking as you were saying coconut… you could use coconut milk with thickener and add some coconut at the end. Roasted red pepper coconut chicken.
I love spinach & like you, I am weird too; have to remove the stems!
Oh gosh…I need that soup NOW! I’m so cold! I’m the same way about the spinach stems…I twist them off always! Love y’all!
Going to try the Sheppard’s Pie and the beef stew. I sometimes make my stew with beer. Going to try with the wine.
Merry Christmas and a Happy, healthy and prosperous 2023 to you and your family.
Hugs to Gracie Lou
I love that you share these winner dinners…. but I do think it would be funny to have a blooper part that would just show some of his expressions, that he did NOT like the food! Lol…. don't show what he's eating, we definitely don't want to hurt anyone's feelings!!!
The Shepard's pie looks so good. I love the way you guys are not afraid to show affection. My mom and dad were that way. You are awesome. Keep up the good work.
I just wanted t let you know, I’ve tried A LOT of your recipes and the number 1 hit in my home is the “Lo Mein”! My family LOVES it.
Keep the videos and GREAT RECIPES coming!!! ❤
Every time I try a recipe with wine in it, I have to change it. I cook for a RECOVERING alcoholic. Very proud that he has 30 years under his belt! My question……does it taste the same without the wine?
When I seen the soup in the bowl I thought man that looks like a Tuscan chicken noodle soup!! (I’ve don’t even know if that’s a thing😂) but I can’t wait to try this!!!
I can not find the cheat sheet on your site. Love your recipes
Mandy & Steven-
I've been told that if it's made with beef it's not shepherd's pie – it's called cottage pie (Shepherd's pie is made with la maybe is tshould be called Southwest mb)
mb)
I'd say he's a "Come On, tater"😉 Luv you two❤
Gracie Lou up on that chair cracked me up.
I love your cat i have 4 of my own
No spinach stems! I am right there with you. If it’s cooked spinach especially, it’s a texture thing for me! So we’re weird sisters. Enjoy you show, the humor and warmth is always a joy. Best holiday wishes from a sixth generation Cali girl.
Happy holidays – tip use red wine vinegar or grape juice if you cannot use alcohol (red wine) it’s a a great substitute 😊 🎄🎄🎄
That shepherd pie looked divine! Great meals Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family! Whata quick year gone by, full to the brim. Hugs <3
Love the video you to are very sweet people hugs to Gracie Lou and Merry Christmas
Poor little ms Gracie Lou!
Shut out on the yummy stuff!😭🙃😂
Love watching you two work together and enjoying each other's company. Must make the meals taste .even better!🍴
I am trying to gather new meals for my meat and taters man. Thanks for a few new ideas.
Steven, you just keep on being tatorific reading those comments!
There is always two things on my mom's dinner table. A cut up raw white onion, and cantaloupe. Since I was a kid. 😁
You're actually both a couple of sweet potatoes, LOL. I love your videos and watching you both interact with each other. I find myself cracking up when you guys are laughing. Thanks for the good laugh out loud sessions. I made your chicken soup tonight because I had all the ingredients on hand and man was a good. I think that Browning that chicken before you put it in there really pushes that flavor over the top
Another good video. All the meals looked delicious. I've been enjoying all of the banter back and forth between you. I enjoy seeing y'all having so much fun. Merry Christmas to all of you!🎄❤️
Mom don’t fuss at Gracie Lou. Happy holidays to y’all!
