and Welcome to a Pomfret Fry ( Fish Fry ) ( भरलेले पापलेट ) Special Episode of @RedSoilStories
It was a fine evening. We were working in the farm, Pooja was working in the Vegetable Farm and I was in the rice paddy.
Pooja asked me to go to the home now, before that she reminded me that tomorrow she want some fish for next day’s lunch. She wanted fish other than Mackerel.
Next day I went to the market and brought Pomfret fish home. Pooja was happy that I brought Pomfret fish. Also, I brought prawns as they were cheaper.
Pooja decided to prepare Stuffed Pomfret Fish Fry in two types. For one type of Stuffed Fish Fry she prepared Prawns Khima. Stuffed it into the pomfret fish and fried. For another type of fish fry she prepared a green coconut paste. It is then stuffed into the pomfret and fried.
We had both the fried stuffed pomfret fish in the lunch.
