Do you have any tips on how to help a child with sensory processing disorder with an aversion to food taste and texture, eat better? Sorry that that sentence was worded funny. But I've been trying to get my almost 10 year old son to eat better but almost everything has failed. Add scrambled eggs for easy protein.
I love udon 😍 I feel like not cooking them, but when they have room temperature, stir fry them with all the veggies, makes them less watery. Idk if that makes sense.
