This Carnivore Cloud Bread Pizza with Cottage Cheese is perfect for satisfying your cravings without breaking your diet! With a fluffy, cheesy crust and loaded with all your favorite meats, this pizza is a game-changer for anyone on a carnivore or keto journey.
Ingredients
Cloud Bread Crust:
4 large eggs, separated
1/2 cup full-fat cottage cheese, blended smooth
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Pinch of salt
Toppings:
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup cooked ground beef
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped (about 1/3 cup when chopped)
1/4 cup pepperoni slices
1/4 cup cooked ham, diced
2 tbsp beef tallow or bacon grease (for brushing)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Cloud Bread Base
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate Eggs: Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two bowls.
Beat Egg Whites: Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat them with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Combine Yolks: In another bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Mix it with the egg yolks, softened cream cheese, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Fold Together: Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture in thirds, ensuring not to deflate the egg whites.
Step 2: Bake the Cloud Bread
Spread the cloud bread mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet in a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and set. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Step 3: Add Toppings
Lightly brush the baked crust with beef tallow or bacon grease to add flavor and moisture.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the crust.
Add the cooked sausage, ground beef, bacon, pepperoni, and ham evenly across the surface.
Step 4: Bake the Pizza
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly browned.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
Let the pizza cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm and enjoy this ultimate low-carb, high-protein masterpiece!

Carnivore has totally helped me with all my inflammation and allergies, cleaned out my gut and everything. It’s great. I’m not one of those ppl that feels like you should be strict forever. But it does help me a lot. Also I love that you’re doing carnivore recipes. I also love that you’re very haphazard with doing your recipes lol 😂. It makes me feel better that I’m not the only one. lol
Does it taste eggy? I hate egg flavor.
You need to use larger bowls my friend, this will help with ease. Also Spatulas.
Nice video, but why the paper plates??? 😉
Dave, next time when folding your eggs like this, use one of those baking spatulas so it will go to the bottom of the bowl and will do a much better mix for you while still not breaking down the air bubbles.
Professional chef doesn’t know how to tilt a KitchenAide mixer? Seriously?
Absolutely mouthwatering.
when he shows his face, I KNOW he did Carnivore way way wrong. lol
Good job Dave. Thanks much.
I love your recipe's my son is diabetic and your giving us so many fun options that don't raise blood sugar.
The pfos and more from the non stick pans create inflammation just as much as the lectins, carbs and sugars.
Nice!
Made this as one giant pizza and it was delicious! Thanks Dave! I prefer this to the dough made with chicken, too heavy & filling. This is nice and light and you taste the toppings more.
Glad I found this channel, truly enjoyed the whole video! Keep up the great work!
"Low carb" how funny
Looks amazing
😋 yummy!
I didn't see you put absolutely no seasoning on that meat by the way.
It looks good though, but taste wise ! Well 🤷🏾♀️
Worst cooking video ever.
Loved the recipe and the video. But him not using a rubber spatula to fold in the egg whites physically hurt me
Looks very yummy. Great job 👏👏👏
This was painful…lol
When making this at home guys make sure to have a defibrillator on hand next to the kitchen table.
“There’s no carbs in it, almost no carbs at all.” Hahahaha
This looks great. I wonder what one does for "bread" when theres an egg allergy.
Not a professional chef BUT I agree 100% with @heathermaderart ! And lose the egg white separator. Such a rookie thing. Recipe looks good though.
Washed my hands back in 1984 😂😂😂
Love your channel. This looks amazing. I will definitely try it. I've never tried cloud bread but it looks easy.
I'm going to try to make cheese bread sticks with the cloud bread (use mozz cheese sticks and slice in breadsticks style) Hope it works!
Hi from the UK Dave, freezing cold Yorkshire 🥶 subscribed last week and loving your videos. Trying this for dinner tomorrow
First time watching your videos. Made this for dinner. Pizza stuck to the parchment paper. Ugh! The crust was not crispy at all even though it was cooked well enough. Good taste to what I could scrape off but was generally a mess. I had to eat it in a bowl. I do love the chef. Great sense of humor. You make me laugh.
Your a funny cnt. Classic video. Look into the carnivore diet, its a game changer.
