I believe I will probably jusy grab a rotisserie chicken & some fresh white mushrooms and garlic on the way home from the market & I'll be all set together.

The secret to a great tetrazinni sauce is fresh ground nutmeg. Fresh grated parm instead of mozzarella is also a must. Other than that, it looks awesome.

I've made chicken tetrazzini from a previous video you posted on how to make chicken tetrazzini. It came out quite good too. Don't know if this recipe is different from your first tetrazzini video. BTW, I love mushrooms. They are my favorite thing to buy in the produce section. I usually like to slice my mushrooms with an egg slicer.

I like your recipe but I would use flat leaf parsley not curly. Curly is more for garnish, flat leaf tastes better.
