We share our favorite game day recipes, grilled hot wings.
We start by brining our wings in two cups chicken broth 1/2 cup vodka and 1/8 cup Moo magic. Mix well then place wings in brine and refrigerate for at least an hour. remove wings and place on drying rack season both sides with your favorite rubs, we prefer Griller SPG and fFaps All Purpose.
Grill on indirect heat to help render fat and reduce flare ups and make for the best crispy wings. Spray wings with oil every 30mins until golden brown, then move to hot side to set sauce. We prefer using homemade hot sauce but your favorite works best. once sauce becomes tacky they are ready to pull and enjoy
Wing Sauce: 4tbls butter, 8oz hot sauce and /2 tbls Flaps All Purpose, mix well until butter is completely melted and brush wings.
