🍗 *FULL RECIPE & INGREDIENTS LIST:*

*Step: 01 – Marinating the Chicken*

• Boneless chicken: 200 grams
• Ginger garlic paste :1 & 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper powder:1 tsp
• Red chili (crushed) 1tsp
• Salt:1 tsp
• Vinegar Sauce:1/2 tbsp
• Soy sauce:1 tsp
**Now rest/marinate it for 15 minutes!*

*Step: 02 – Beating & Cooking Eggs*

• Eggs :2
• Black pepper powder:1 pinch
• Salt:1 pinch
• Food color: 1 pinch
–Cooking–
• Oil: 1 tbsp
*Add eggs*
*Cook the eggs over a medium heat, scrambling them as they cook.*

*Step: 03 – Cooking the Chinese BBQ Gravy*

• Oil: 1/3 cup
• Garlic paste:1 tsp
**Now fry it until color changes to light golden*
**Add Marinated chicken!*
**Cook it on medium flame until color changes to light golden!*
**Now cover it & cook it on low flame for 4-5 minutes!*
• Green chili paste :1 tbsp
• Chicken powder:1&1/2 tsp
• White chili powder:1 tsp
• Salt:1 tsp
• Hot sauce:1 tsp
• Vinegar Sauce:1 tsp
• Soy sauce:1 tsp
• Carrot: 1 normal size
**Now cover it & cook it on low flame for 2 minutes!*
• 1 bell pepper, cut into thin strips (julienned)
• 1 cup sliced cabbage
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• Crushed black pepper: 1/4 tsp
**Place the burnt coil, then drizzle a drop of oil onto it.*
*Now cover it & cook it on low flame for 2-3 minutes!*

*Step: 04 – Prepping the Basmati Rice*

• Salt:1 tbsp
• Oil:1 tsp
• Vinegar Sauce:1 tbsp
• Basmati rice : 2 cup
**Cook the rice until it is 90% done.!*

*Step: 05 – Layering*

-cooked chicken -1/2
• Add Fresh coriander(chopped)
• Fried eggs!
• Boiled rice!
**Continue to add layers in the same manner.!*
• Orange food color: 1 pinch
