Ingredients
2 TBS Butter
2TBS Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules (or 1 cup stock – chicken or crab)
2 TBS finely chopped onions
1 1/2 cups half & half
1/2 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined
1/2 lb. crab meat (add more if desired)
1/2 cup white cooking wine

For a thicker bisque, add another TBS flour when adding the white wine.
For a thinner bisque, add another half to 1 cup of stock when adding the white wine.
