  1. Today my smoothie was 0.25 rolled oats, 2 tbsp. chia seeds, 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds, 2 med. banana, powdered skimmed milk, 12 almonds cinnamon and chocolate powder!!!
    When I add beets, I usually peel it though!

  2. I never thought of beets in a blender before, I just tried this and it was AMAZING.
    One question though.. my throat and airways feels obstructed then I'm eating figs. I don't think I'll try figs again.. If I'm allergic, what can I substitute them with?
