These videos are so much fun to watch. Thank you. I love the cook on the backyard pit which applies to 90% of us. The 1k is always super cool to see but the cooking intangibles are so much different. Thanks again coop. Btw, Bar-A was THE best bbq I had on my work trip through Austin, San Antonio and Houston.
Love the ideas! Awesome video!
What are the differences in post oak vs live oak vs red oak and are these useable for cooking?
That is one damn good looking sandwich!
You can tell how moist this pulled pork is by how easily it compresses. And thanks for another myth buster: Using Match Light charcoal is not a sin.
Following from New Zealand. Another great video, I'm love'n it.
Dang I’ve got to try one with the pork skins now. Next on the list to smoke.
That Matchlight Charcoal gets me every time! 😳
Goes against everything I’ve ever been taught. I guess I can’t argue with results tho. Q looks amazing!
Baller
Hey Neighbor, from Willis area ✌️born and raised! Thanks for another great video!
Pork rinds! Game changer!
Great work as always
So good and simple. I'll need to try the pork rinds in it next time
I noticed that you didn’t score the fat cap on it. Is that the way that you found to be better?
I love to add sweet Cole slaw on top and buttering, sprinkle w garlic salt and toast the bun. Like the pork skin idea.
Thank you for another winner, Cooper!
Man I’m right here on 1488. I need to come enjoy your hard work.
Where is your cleaver from?
I like pork butts and I cannot lie
Keep the videos coming you won’t regret it. God bless. that’s how you grow your channel.
Good Lord that looks amazing!
Another great cook Cooper. I have to agree a good pulled pork sandwich is amazing. Also cost effective too since there usually on sale in my area.
Throw some slaw on that thing! I had fox brothers at the battery/truist park last year and it was terrible. Get better bbq from a gas station.
Another great vid!! The chicharrones are always a plus to a pulled pork sandwich. Keep them coming.
How about beef ribs? 🐂
Sam Jones and Skylight Inn Bbq started the skins chopped in pulled pork
You are definitely doing a good job selling me on that Goldee's pit. I might have to grab one. Thanks for the upload! Loving the content and the alternative style.
Bought 2 rib glaze! I know the recipe, but I'm glad you are selling it. Love to contribute to Bar-A success!
Subscribed to your patreon, loving the content! I have the goldees smoker too. I wanted to ask you how do you prevent those jerky like, feathery edges that shred on the board, particularly with brisket?
Yup. Using this one too, thanks brother. Keep em coming.
Love to see the channel growing!! Would love to see your take on beef ribs
Nice job. New here after a few videos and I like how you do things a little different. When I do a pork butt I don't season till I pull apart the meat and use the rendered fat to mix with. I have been using Sucklebusters Hog waller and have been getting amazing results. It also does good on ribs and chicken.
Oh man im totally trying pork grinds on the next pulled pork sandwich I make
Nice video! Pork rinds are so good. If you are ever near Sam jones. Buy a couple of bags. They are like $4. So delicious as a car snack!
Bar-A-BBQ videos giving us all something to look forward to on Monday mornings.
Been doing the pork skin thing for years. 👍
another banger brother awesome cook
Hi from the UK Coop, love the channel 🎉

Wow always great content thanks!
Bro, that bark was legit.
Gonna have to make that soon. Thanks for the video.
Smoked brisket Mac & cheese???
Awesome video! I love that you have BADASS 1,000 gallon smokers at your disposal, yet you're cooking up content on the backyard pit!
Super relatable for us backyard enthusiasts
Incredible
Gr8 cook brother- Str8
Great cook 21Prime Barbecue Co.
I will most definitely go out and buy post oak! Because it tastes the best! Lol. Seriously.
My favorite BBQ flavor profile is Central Texas and IMO, you can't get that with any other wood.
I’m kind of new to barbecue and I’m so glad that you showed me that you can wrap pre-stall because I was under the impression you take it to 170 before you wrap and I’m in burning the shit out of the outside of these things😂 can’t wait to try it you style next round already ordered your seasonings
