Ultimate umami sensation with this fusion spaghetti recipe ❤️
[ Seafood Spaghetti with Seaweed Cream Sauce ]
———————- INGREDIENTS ———————-
☁️ 200g Spaghetti
☁️ 4 Cloves Garlic
☁️ 1 Stalk Spring Onion
☁️ 120ml Sake
☁️ 20ml Mirin
☁️ 10ml Soy Sauce
☁️ 400ml + 500ml Water
☁️ 200ml Heavy Cream
☁️ 6pcs Prawn
☁️ 20pcs Clam
☁️ Salt & Black Pepper
☁️ 4 Tbsp of Olive Oil
———————- INSTRUCTIONS ——————–
1. Tear seaweed into small pieces, then set aside
2. Chop Spring Onion, separate the whites and greens
3. Crush, Chop and Mince the garlic
4. Saute prawns with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper
5. Just half cook the prawns, then set aside
6. Saute garlic and spring onion whites with olive oil
7. Add Sake, Mirin, Soy Sauce, then 400ml of water
8. Add Nori (Seaweed)
9. Cook till the sauce reduce until almost dry.
10. Add another 500ml of water
11. Add spaghetti into pan to cook
12. Observe the sauce until sticking on the spaghetti
13. Add heavy cream, clam, prawn, then cover with lid until clams open
14. Taste it before serving, season with salt to your taste
