DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE / ULTRA Q DOESN'T WORK
Wi-Fi/App is not reliable, don't get it if that's what you're looking for. I've had mine for a little over a year, never really worked with the Wi-Fi. Customer service is not great either, kept being told that there are updates being made with the app. This is an expensive piece of equipment, so I'm trying to warn as many people as possible.
What a waste of time this video is
just received mine today, No manual, nothing, thought I'd check any help on here again nothing. Really is disappointing.
Wow, the device is barely even in the video. Mostly shots of the food and working the grill.
