Shandaar vlogs channel
Ingredients:
1kg chicken
wash the chicken then soak the chicken in water with 2 tbsp vinegar for 30 minutes, then wash with water 2-3 times.
Now For a green paste
10-12 garlic buds
4 green chillies
½ inch piece of ginger
½ tsp peppercorns
Now In a jar
blend 3 boiled potatoes
1 cup curd
1 tsp salt
½ tsp carom seeds
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp crushed red chillies
1 tsp raw mango powder
½ tsp garam masala
some chopped coriander
½ cup oil
