UPDATED Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe!
Hey guys! Today i made my creamy chicken pasta again! I have made this before but i thought it was about time i made it again since i’ve improved my recording/ editing skills now!
(6-8 servings, it’s a big pot) Ingredients:
-700g Chicken Breast
Season with:
-1tsp Salt
-1tsp Black Pepper
-2tsp Paprika
-1tsp Chilli Flakes
-1/2tsp Turmeric
Cook the chicken for around 20 minutes on a medium/ low heat with some olive oil, in the same pan add in:
Pasta Sauce:
-5tbsp’s Olive Oil
-3 Bell Peppers
-2 Red Onions
-2 Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
-560ml Double Cream
-400g Penne Pasta
-Desired amount of cheese
For an extra kick to the sauce add in:
-1tsp Paprika
-1tsp Chilli Flakes
-1tsp Black Pepper

Really good and simple recipe! I like it more spicy so I added 2 teaspoons of chilli powder. I wonder if there is a healthier version of whipped cream though

This is how i make mine…but i add a teaspoon of oregano when i cook the chicken etc also i cook my cream a little longer…it will change more in colour.
Do I have to wait until the tamatoes boil and then put cream and wait for it to be more thicker
