Ingredients
Allpurpose flour -1cup
Salt-
Water -less than 1/2cup
For the filling
Vegetables of ur choice –
Soya sauce -1tbsp
Salt-
Ginger-1/4tsp
Garlic-1tsp
Pepper powder -1/2tsp
Onion -2tbsp
Spring onion –
Vinegar or lemon juice -1drop
oil-2tbsp
Method
Make a soft dough and keep aside for 15 minutes ..
Heat oil in a kadai ,add onion ,garlic,ginger ,spring onion salt and saute ..
Then add soya sauce and vegetables ..Saute for 2-3 minutes ..Now add pepper powder and vinegar ..Check the taste and allow to cool ..
Meanwhile make the sheets ..
Make small equal balls from the dough ..
Roll one ball into small disc ..
Now spread some oil and sprinkle maida and place another disc and roll thinner sheet ..
Then heat tawa and just cook both sides in meidum flame .. Dont overcook the sheet ..
Now seperate the sheets and keep aside .. Do th rest in the same way ..
Now take a wrapper and place one table spoon of the filling .. Roll and fry till golden brown ..
Enjoy with any of this sauces.. tomato ketchup ,sweet chilli sauce ,sour cream or mayo ..
