— Jeera Rice
– Heat 1 Tsp Oil
– Temper Cumin & Dry Spices
– Add Cooked Rice 2 Cup
– Salt & Sugar As Per Taste
– Toss Them Well & Serve Hot

— Dal

– Heat A Pan With 1 Tsp Oil
– Cumin
– Make A Paste Of 2 Tomato, 2 Inch Ginger, 4 Green Chilli
– Here, I used Blend Jet Portable Blender ( )You can blend any wet paste for cooking here. It’s easy to use & clean. You can make smoothie, batter or shake anywhere.
– Add Salt, Turmeric, Chilli & Garam Masala Powder
– Cook Them On low flame until oil Seperates
– Divide it into two part.
– In one part add boiled moong dal, water & chopped Corriander
– Mix Them Well
– Serve It With Ghee

— White Paneer Curry
– Curd 4 Tbsp
– Salt & Sugar As Per Taste
– Green Chilli, Garam Masala
– Paste Of Cashew, Raisins, Almond & Poppy Seeds
– Green Peas & Paneer 400 gm
– Mustard Oil
– Cover Lid Of Pan, Cook Them On Low Flame For 10 Minutes
– Serve With Rice or Chapati

— Aloo Gobi

– In Leftover Gravy, Add Potato & Cauliflower
– Cover The Lid & Cook On Low Flame Until Veggies Become Soft
– It will take approx 10-12 Minutes, Then open the lid
– Sprinkle some chopped corriander
– Cook Them Well, Then Serve On Plate

— You can add Raita, Salad & Chapati On Plate
