Love your Ricotta Vegan cheese recipe sounds wonderful – I just DM the partner to say – Pick up some cashews lol. – But I have to make this LOW carb, so I am thinking zuchini layered lasagna with this filling~! – I am at the point where the snacks have to be fruit (Cucumber, avacados, tomatos) and dinner has to be mostly veggie with my seitan homemade meat and vegan dairy w another avacado and healthy fats coconut/avacado oil. – I just cant handle much else – makes me sick
