  1. The pasta looks nice and thick. What's it called? I mean just the type of pasta used. ❤ This looks delicious! I make a similar recipe, but with nutritional yeast, herbs & spices, which I guess may be what you mean by seasoning.

  2. I'd try it why not. I'd add a few beyond hot Italian sausages if I was feeding some of my vegan friends. I'm not vegan but it looks good. I work at a Natural Food Store in Milwaukee and everything you make is spot on.
