@kuvingsusa

I’m using my KUVINGS AUTO10 to make this milk. It is the best juicer I’ve used. The juice comes out super smooth with minimal waste and very little oxidation.

As a bonus the machine also makes sorbets, plant milk, and smoothies!

@kuvingsusa

RECIPE:

1 1/2 cups soaked walnuts
2 pitted medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 of a medium sized beet
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 cups water

Roughly chop your beets. Add all the ingredients to AUTO10 container and allow to process while slowly pouring water through the hole

  1. Just finished my juice for a couple days…😅😊thank you kindly for doing what you do….been healthy all life….never had pork at 70 years old due to up bringing and a spanking for going inside a friend's house that ate pork at the age if 11 years old…glad you are here to help

  2. I’m pretty sure the taste is really good but this is also insanely high in fat! All those calories in the walnuts also add up, not to mention the saturated fats as well. All those walnuts in that drink is around 78 grams of fat!! 😱😱😱
    Please people be aware of this, especially those who are trying to lose weight. Many plant based doctors talk about nuts and say to be mindful when consuming nuts, a healthy beneficial amount would be 1 oz of nuts a day. Consuming too many nuts is not good for your health. Even for someone who is trying to lose weight 1oz is still too much. When I was going through my weight loss journey I had to completely eliminate nuts and avocados from my diet as recommended by Dr. Neal Barnard and Dr. McDougall. I lost 70 pounds and got my health back, now I only consume them in moderation and not all the time. Just listen to your body, everyone is different, but moderation is definitely the key.
