I'm afraid to try this dish because of it's high sodium content. It's literally "SWIMMING" in salt. Tabitha created Sunshine Seasoning to encourage us to cutback on our sodium intake, which is the reason why her product doesn't contain it.
Being that the sodium content is so high due to the soy sauce, Vegan eggs, Vegan butter and Tony's seasoning, you really don't need to add anymore salt to this dish. Too much salt will give you high blood pressure and make you susceptible to having a stroke. Be careful! Most of your ingredients already have salt in them.

Hey Ghetto Vegans, I'm not sure if you used that sauce you made that you cooked the oysters mushrooms in but just some friendly advice when using garlic put it in towards the end browned garlic can get bitter. Not being nasty just advice. Have a great week!
