Vegetable Spaghetti Recipe – Kitchen With Shaggy
👉🏻INGREDIENTS
▫️spaghetti 🍝 1 packet
▫️salt (1 tsp) for boiling

▫️oil 3-4 tbsp
▫️chopped garlic 1 tbsp
▫️chopped green chillies 1 tbsp
▫️onion 1 medium sized
▫️tomato 1 large
▫️bell pepper 1 cup
▫️carrots 1 cup
▫️cabbage 1 cup
▫️green chillies 2
▫️tomato ketchup 1/3 cup
▫️Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
▫️chili sauce 1 tsp
▫️soy sauce 2 tbsp
▫️black pepper powder 1 tsp
▫️salt 1 tsp or to taste
▫️chili flakes 1 tsp
👉🏻METHOD:
➡️Boil spaghetti with 1 tsp salt according to packet instructions.
➡️Strain it and open the tap water to remove heat as shown in video ( it avoid sticking of noodles together)
➡️In a separate pan, add oil, garlic, Chillies and saute for 30-40 sec.
➡️Add tomato and onions in the pan, saute and cover until tomatoes are soft
➡️ Add vegetables in the pan, mix it well.
➡️ Add ketchup and all sauces and spices.
➡️Mix it well.
➡️Add mixed herbs and serve it hot.🔥🍝
