Hey Foodies! This rich and savory Bolognese Pasta is reminiscent of the Italian classic we all love. The sauce combines mushrooms, ground tofu, grated carrots, and celery for a meaty mince that is hearty and satisfying!

Ingredients:
-Bolognese Sauce-
5 cloves garlic
1 red onion
1 medium size carrot
1 stalk celery
2 pcs bay leaves
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 -1 cup mushroom stock
400g chopped tomatoes
dried oregano
dried thyme
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt and pepper
-Ground Meat Substitute-
2-3 tbsp olive oil
80g button mushrooms
200g firm tofu
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp soy sauce
black pepper
-Other Ingredients-
cooked pasta
parsley for garnish
