TODAY’S RECIPE IS Vermicelli Fruit Custard Recipe | Seviyan Custard Recipe | | Semiya Dessert Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Ghee 1 tsp
Vermicelli 1/2 cup
Roast for 5 mins on low flame
Milk 3 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Let it boil
Boil for 5 mins
Custard powder 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Mix well
Add slowly while stirring
Cook it for 5 mins
Cool it for 5 min while stirring
Add fried vermicelli
Let it cool completely
Water melon 1/2 cup
Green Grapes 2 tbsp
Black grapes 2 tbsp
Apple 1/4 cup
Pomegranate 2 tbsp
Mix well
Serve cold

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
