Ingredients
125 g butter or margarine
100 ml vegetable oil
100 ml yogurt
1 egg
1 packet vanilla
1 packet baking powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
5 tablespoons semolina
3 cups flour
For syrup
2.5 cups water
2.5 cups sugar
a slice of lemon
for the drink
1 cup walnuts
First of all, for the syrup, put sugar, water and lemon juice in a suitable saucepan and boil over medium heat. After it starts to boil, boil for 15 minutes, remove from the stove and let it cool.
Mix all the ingredients for the dessert (add flour under control) to get a medium soft dough that does not stick to your hands. We make 21 equal pieces of dough and shape them with a deep fryer wire as shown in the video. We put finely chopped walnuts in them and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until they are well browned, remove from the oven and wait 5 minutes, then pour cold juice over the dessert, wait a little for the juice to be absorbed, and after it cools down, serve it to the table.
