Ingredients:
500g (1lb) 3 Pork Chops cut 1cm to 1.5cm
For the Marinade:
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Chicken Seasoning Powder
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 Tsp Honey
3 Tbsp Lemongrass
1 Tbsp Shallot
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
Nước chấm (dipping sauce)
3 Tbsp Vietnamese Style Fish Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Lime
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
1/2 Cup Warm Water
Chopped Chili (optional)
(taste and add more sugar to suit your taste)
Scallion Oil
1/4 Neutral Oil
3 Spring Onions Stalks Chopped
