Today, I’m so happy to share a very special Kerala Masala Shawaya Chicken Recipe with you all. 🍗🔥
Early in the morning, Rajan brother and I went to a nearby forest area in search of gooseberries and wild forest honey. Though we couldn’t find them this time, the journey itself was refreshing and full of village vibes.
While returning, Rakesh brother was waiting for us and took us to the chicken shop, where fresh chicken was ready to cook. After reaching home, I started preparing this delicious Shawaya Chicken using traditional Kerala spices and masala.
Mani sister joined me in the kitchen and helped with the cooking, making the process even more joyful. Finally, at night, Rajan brother and Mani sister sat together with me to taste the Shawaya Chicken. The flavours, the togetherness, and the peaceful night made this moment truly special.
