  7. Number one for me is shrimp and tomato pasta, basically your tuna in tomato sauce pasta with shrimps, which incidentally is my number 2.

    This comes from the guy who grew up hating anything sea food.

  12. My favourite 5 pasta dishes are 1 spaghetti Aglio olio red onion chilli and sliced broccoli
    2 spaghetti carbonara
    3 linguine pescatore
    4 rigatoni Arrabiata with mozzarella
    5 spaghetti Bolognese 😋

    4. Penne al Arrabiatta
    3. Carbonara
    2. Putanesca
    1. Vongole (preferrably w/ linguini)

    Of the five, ravioli is the only one I haven't made myself and won by a hair over Marinara with shrimp and scallops.

    I fell in love with Vongole the moment I took my first bite and it's been my clear favorite for a couple decades now. Probably will stay as my #1 for the rest of my life.

  17. Vincenzo, your childhood pasta with tuna has become one of our favorites. It’s impossible to explain how it can be so good but it is. The quality of the tuna is super important so it doesn’t fall apart into a mush.
