  1. I think I would change your tester to the younger boy….and see how quickly the older son gives a better review …hahaha
BTW, just checked out both vintage cooking video, they look great – can't wait to try them myself.

  2. I would LOVE it if you made a series of vintage recipes using your corning ware. I received a Betty Crocker cookbook as a wedding shower gift in 1962. I used it until it literally fell apart. I found the identical cookbook on line and now I have IT next to my dilapidated old one.

  3. Loved this video and recipe. Yes please on a series of more retro recipes a la Sofia! I also wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the background music you chose. It was beautiful. I hate having my ear drums blasted with jarring ‘contemporary’ music on some YouTubers’ accounts. It’s distracting and hard on the ears! And no, I’m not old. haha

  4. I just had this for dinner. I didn't have any sour cream so I had to make slight adjustments to the recipe but it was awesome! I will definitely be having this again. Thank you for sharing this recipe. BTW, I used canned chicken in my version of this and it turned out great. It may have been better if I had cooked the chicken myself but honestly I can't imagine how it could have been much better.

  5. Here is a fun fact for you! In 1991 I did private care for a lady that was the former president of Corning Ware. She had a stroke and was bed ridden. She would only eat off of Corning Ware. She told me how she became president of the company and it was a very touching story. Her name was Mary.

  6. Yes!!! I have 3 sons (teen and college age) and made some vintage recipes the last few years. It was always fun getting their reactions. Some they really liked. Others, not so much. I did jello molds too. Boys are funny!! The look on your face with Edward using his hands was hilarious! That look captures my own parenting teens. 😁

  7. Vintage cooking sounds great, but please could you add some pure veggies videos and also if feasible-would be awesome if it is cooking from scratch. I mean I do not have canned soup where I live and even if there is some available – I would not want to use it, God knows what kind of artificial ingredients there are inside….
