    Ingredients for about 3 servings:
    4 mandarins
    juice of 1 lime
    if needed: a little bit of orange juice or water

    1. Peel skin off of mandarins and separate segments. Freeze for about 4 hours or until solid.
    3. Add all the ingredients into a blender. Keep blending until creamy. Mix with a spoon in between. It takes several minutes for the sorbet to get creamy. Add liquid if needed
