BROWNIE ROLLED CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients:
1 package @NestleTollHouse chocolate chip cookie dough
1 box @BettyCrockerTV fudge brownie mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
all-purpose flour
holiday sprinkles (optional)
Instructions:
Roll to flatten cookie dough between parchment paper and sprinkle with a little bit of flour to ensure it does not stick. Set dough aside and assemble brownie batter in a large bowl according to all directions on the box EXCEPT no water in order to make a thicker consistency. Spread a thin layer of brownie batter evenly over flattened cookie dough, add a layer of holiday sprinkles (optional), then begin rolling from one end to create cookie dough brownie batter log. Wrap log tightly in plastic wrap and allow to set in freezer for at least 1 hour. Once chilled, slice pieces evenly and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 14-16 minutes. Allow to cool completely and enjoy! 😋
