You can always add in mixture of starch and water into any sauces that you would like thicken near the end of cooking.
the one chicken looks super undercooked with the blood….
here we boil normal sized chicken legs for 45-60 minutes. on this size 1h 15 minutes…to just boil there for 25 minutes is insane.
i cant emphasize how ENVIOUS i am to americans having CHICKEN STOCK IN PACKS? like…man… if we had this so many dishes would be SO convenient. we dont have anything. the only thing we have is broth powder which is horrible and "fond" which you "sometimes" find in stores in a limited time these are super tiny glasses and expensive …..
but having a tetra pack like some milk you can close and open and use on several days for dishes would be so nice.
i dont get why we stay where we are in that medieval stupid setup and refuse to go with the rest of the world without reason other than "we always were like this" (this counts for MANY things if it comes to dishes/food/ingredients here…)

Sun dried tomatoes is my favorite version of tomatoes, i hate raw tomatoes. I also like roasted tomatoes and peppers for similar effect. You can literally have sundried tomatoes with pesto and mozzarella in a sandwich and be blown away
With that final recipe, can I recommend an alternative? Bash out the chicken breast until an even thickness, panne it in an egg mixture and bread crumbs, deep fry the chicken until the breadcrumbs are golden, then put it on a tray and cover in bechamel sauce, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and red leicester cheese and broil it under the grill until the cheese melts and goes golden. Serve with a garlic sauce or chilli sauce (and in between the bechamel and cheese layer you can add pretty much any other toppings you like, a personal favourite is jalapenos and pepperoni) … you will probably feel your arteries clogging up as you eat it, but it's very nice
