COOKIE ICE CREAM TACOS
Ingredients:
4 @Puff_Cookies chocolate chip cookie dough pieces
vanilla ice cream
chocolate syrup
rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
Form 2 sections of tinfoil into small log shapes and place on a baking sheet. Take 2 pieces of cookie dough and press them together to form one larger piece, then drape it over each foil log to create a taco shell shape. Bake at 325°F for 17–20 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool completely, then gently remove from the foil molds. Fill each cookie taco with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and top with rainbow sprinkles. Enjoy! 😋
