FROZEN SMORES 🍫🧊😜

Ingredients:
4 sheets ​⁠@Honeymaid graham crackers (8 individual squares)
1/2 cup light cool whip
1/2 cup ​⁠@jetpuffed marshmallow creme
1/2 cup ​⁠@Enjoylifefoods semi-sweet chocolate chips
dab of coconut oil

Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine cool whip and marshmallow creme. Mix well until no lumps remain and it’s smooth, thick, and creamy. Break sheets of graham crackers in half lay 4 pieces flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet. In another small bowl, microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small microwave-safe bowl for 30-second increments, stirring each time until melted with a glossy consistency. Drizzle a little bit of the melted chocolate on the graham crackers, then top with a scoop of the whipped filling mixture. Drizzle with another layer of chocolate then top with remaining graham cracker pieces. Freeze the assembled s’mores for at least 1 hour or until firm. The longer they freeze, the more the whipped topping layer will firm up! Enjoy! πŸ˜‹
