Ingredients
– 2 cups ice cream (full fat)
– 1.5 cups self-raising flour (OR 1.5 cups all purpose flour, 2.25 teaspoons baking soda, and a pinch of salt)
– Rainbow sprinkles!

Recipe:
1. Soften ice cream in a bowl.
2. Add self-raising flour and mix together under smooth. If batter is too thick, add milk until it reaches a slightly runny texture.
3. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
