Detailed recipe 👇
1. Blend 8 digestive biscuits
2. Add 20 gram (3 tbsp) melted butter and set it as shown (bottom layer) [REFRIGERATE for 10 minutes]
3. Curdle 500 ml full cream milk by adding few drops of vinegar
4. Strain it and rinse with water and transfer it to blender along with 1/2 cup cream and 4 tbsp sugar and 2 drops of vanilla essence
5. Blend it till smoth and pour on top of the biscuits layer (middle layer) [REFRIGERATE for 45 minutes]
6. Melt 1 cup dark chocolate and mix 2 tbsp cream and pour it on top (Top layer)
7. Set this for 3 hours in refrigerator and enjoy 😍
