RECIPE

1. Add one cup of suji and 2 cup of milk Keep it rest for 30 minutes.

2. Now roast a hand full of dry fruits in 2 tsp of ghee/ oil.

3. Take that pan and add 3 tsp of ghee along with 1 cup of sugar and mix it well untill it dissolves.

4. Pour the suji mixture to it and stir the mixture untill it turned golden brown.

5. Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and cook it for around 5 to 10 minutes untill it soak the ghee.

6. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and server hot.
