  1. I love love love, no bake, cheescakes, lemon & lime, flavours are my favourites, but any that aren't very sweet will do.

    I have the same reaction as baker over "New York" baked cheesecakes. Yuk! Yuk! Yuk! 🤮🤮🤮

  2. My girlfriend made a fantastic no bake Biscoff cookie butter cheesecake for my birthday. It wasn’t as firm as these but it’s not supposed to be. It set up in the fridge and everything, definitely held together when cut and on the plate. Texture is in between a baked cheesecake and a mousse

  3. Its the gelatin. Leave out the gelatin and keep everything else and add a little more vanilla and powder sugar. Not too much where its super sweet. I usually get a spoon to taste and see it my desserts is sweet enough or too sweet.

  4. You can substitute Canelitas if you want cinnamon crust. Or my favorite Polvorones which is a orange shortbread cookie and use canned Mandarin oranges mixed with marmalade. I think using the comments we can probably make the perfect mini cheesecake recipe.
