  1. Sooo we need to talk about that “Turkish pasta” you made… not one part of that was Turkish. Starting from the ginger garlic paste, the smoked paprika, duck fat, lemon in the yoghurt… sorry but just no. It has nothing to do with what it should taste like but bravo on picking up that it needed cumin. Still love your videos though 😅

  2. For the tuna salad thing you've been making yourself, you could also consider cottage cheese. A light tub of the stuff is like 320 calories and over 50g of protein.

I'm a fan of using a crock pot slow cooker to make pulled meats, so you could use that with chicken breast or other lean meats that are on sale to get yourself a ton of it at once for the meal. With a slow cooker you just dump the meat in there, pour in like a cup or water or whatever liquid you want, toss in your favorite spices and cook it on low for 8-10 hours before shredding it up with a couple forks.

I'd also suggest trying different veggies. Some canned carrots might be pretty nice depending on how you spice it. Steamed broccoli is also tasty and very healthy for you.

  3. "Double dark, Double the fun" is why I don't wash my feet
I'm sad to say my girlfriend is not a fan
It turned into a "born to shit, forced to wipe" style situation
Maybe a disclaimer about this not applying to girls liking your feet next time would be helpful
    Very sad, still 10/10

  5. I don't know how it tastes, but I imagine greatness.
Even so, the only thing I'd change would be the pepper at 13:00 , I'd use white pepper for it's unique aroma that works well with white sauces.
Hello from a random youtube comment and thank you for the content

  6. Amico, you made it wrong, when making

spaghetti all'assassina you started good add more garlic and crushed pepper, use a lot

    Then the sauce. Let simmer

    Add uncooked pasta flipping sparingly

When the sauce gets too thick add broth, a little at a time until pasta is cooked

    Let char at the end

I believe you can make it the next time ✅️
