PIZZA TWISTS
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
pizza sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg (beaten)
oregano flakes
Instructions:
Spread pizza sauce over half of the puff pastry and cover with shredded cheese. Fold the other half over, then slice into strips. Freeze strips for 10-15 minutes if needed to firm up dough. Twist each strip, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with egg wash. Then sprinkle more cheese on top as well as oregano and bake at 400° for 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve with more pizza sauce for dipping and enjoy! 😋
