Ingredients:
* 6 dates
* 1/4 cup peanut butter
* 2 tbsp chopped peanuts or almonds
* 1/2 cup melted chocolate
* 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)
Instructions:
1. Roll each date flat using parchment paper on top to prevent sticking.
2. Spread a layer of peanut butter over each date.
3. Sprinkle chopped peanuts or almonds on top.
4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with a little coconut oil, then coat the dates completely.
