Cool i knew a lady when i was a kid that stored eghs in a box of salt she said they would keep a year in the salt i do not know what they looked like when she opened them and cant remember ever eating at her house i helped her with her yard work and garden she grew up in Tibet i think now im wondering if the yokes were like this when she cooked them she used chicken egg's and guinea fowl egg's when we could find their nest i think ill try storing some like this so i can find out what they tast like i wish you good luck happienes and health may peace be with you always

Green beans cooked aldente in lightly salted water and topped with breadcrumbs fried to a golden color and a bit of salt and pepper are delicious π
