  1. High amounts of sugar (even fructose) impede the metabolism and uptake of Vitamin C. You would get much MUCH better results from spinach and curly parsley, and only using an orange to sweeten it up.

  2. People these days are eating drinking anything in anyway. But their us a rule for foods which should not be eaten together . Yogurt should never be mixed with oranges ever . It will create a negative effect rather than positive . Both have different properties and when mixed together and eaten or drink together it works anti direction. Due to my English not good I may not be able to say what I want but please guys don’t try this one .

  3. Tried it and was stoked ! Awesome Smoothie ! Becomes my Pre-Easter – Breakfast-Saturday before easter I made it with vegan vanilla-flavoured coconut yoghurt from the brand coconut collaboravive , because there is no decent vegan greek yoghurt available in my country. Anyway… it came out great. Hey, by the way… yesterday I watched -one more time-the Friday night supper club playlist. Such a pitty, thet you now-als a mom of two-don´t have the time to continue this series ! You two are so funny and to watch the playlist is like being on al party-very entertaining and hilarious.
