3 eggs
1 cup pancake mix (or use flour + 1 tbsp sugar if you don’t have it)
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
▶Instructions
Mash 3 ripe bananas in a large bowl.
Add 3 eggs, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt. Mix well.
Add 1 cup pancake mix and ½ cup almond flour. Mix until combined.
Pour the batter into the rice cooker pot.
