I made fruit leather, but it's too thin to peel off of the parchment paper…soooo I've been eating the parchment paper with the fruit leather…good to know that the silicone one is edible (that's the one I have). Cheers!

Silicone is NOT non-toxic as once popularly believed because we discovered it releases siloxane at 200°C which causes numerous health issues.
