In this tasty teaser of what’s to come, we brought a 6.6KG Meat Matters dry aged ex-dairy rib roast, loaded with yellow fat and ridiculous marbling… to Tubby Tom’s BBQ Class at Tubby HQ in Gloucester.
Watch as the legendary Shane McBagley butchers this beast into thick steaks and fires them up on the massive Weber Ranch Kettle. Some lucky attendees even helped reverse sear them in a ring of fire! 🔥
The result? Epic steak, cheese & onion baguettes, all dipped in rich, smoky jus made from the bones, onions, and all the good stuff.
This is BBQ the way it should be, big flavours, big fire, and shared with great people. 💥🥩🔥
