Where did you get that bag of frozen lobster tails the meat only?
I've done crawfish tails bouillon, white wine, butter & cream… season to taste with garlic, onion & copped red peppers. Ihave a shortcut using a can of clam chowder pureed adding some of the above for more flavor.
You can also add a green vegetable to it
You can also make it without the soup. Everything you did plus a little white wine (no soup ) and bam you have a little bit of a healthier dinner.
